Share the Holiday Spirit for those in Need

With the current economic downturn, Brevard's Sharing Centers are working even harder to help the increasing number of local families requesting emergency assistance. We desperately need to raise $20,000 to handle the additional demands on these vital centers. Your donation of $50 or more to South and Central Brevard Sharing Centers can and will provide emergency prescription assistance, supplemental rent, electric or gas needed for power and utilities over the holidays.

Sunday- December 9 from 2 pm to 6 pm
Join us at the Holiday Sharing Retreat

at Bayport Mediterranean Village in Cape Canaveral! A $10 donation for Adults, $5 Donation for Children under 16 will treat you to a variety of scrumptious international hors d'oeuvres, holiday beverages and delectable desserts.
Adult donations will give you a chance for a drawing for one of the many items to be raffled. You may purchase as many raffle tickets as you like before or during the event. You do not need to be present to win.

o Garmin nuvi 660 Car/Portable Navigation System
o Roomba Robotic Vacuum Cleaner

SILENT AUCTION:
This event will offer an extraordinary opportunity to own a wonderful work of art from the internationally famous artist, Nicolosi. Nicolosi has painted original portraits for Oprah Winfrey, Meryl Streep, and other famous Hollywood celebrities. For more selections, please see www.popartgalleries.com. This artist has generously offered one of his original pieces to support this event. Please plan to come early to participate in this auction. Great people, like Nicolosi, are challenging each one of us to come together to lend our support to those in need at this special time of the year.

If you are unable to attend, but want to help, please consider becoming a Sponsor: $100, $250, $500, $1,000 and $2,500 or any amount you feel you can share. Please use the self addressed envelope enclosed and make checks payable to the South Brevard Sharing Center and note “Bayport Fundraiser Event” on your check. All donations will be managed by the South Brevard Sharing Center. The website, www.southbrevardsharingcenter.org, will identify the distribution of funds shared by both South and Central locations.
